All Members, Please Review Before Annual Meeting on 9/18/2026

Dear TxODA Members,

The member feedback and updates from last year’s TxODA Bylaws review have been compiled and reviewed by the Bylaws Committee.  The amended 2026 version has been approved by the Board of Trustees and will be voted upon by the members at the 2026 Annual Business Meeting on September 18 in South Padre Island.

Please take the time to read these Bylaws in order to make your decision by voting at the annual meeting.
